As a General Manager, I directed full-scale bar and kitchen operations—overseeing staff, scheduling, purchasing, and performance management. Across pediatrics, cardiac monitoring, psychiatric care, and the emergency room, I upheld patient privacy, safety, and infection-control protocols while staying calm and effective under pressure.
