What I'm looking for

Senior event leadership role (Head of Events, Events Lead, Senior Event Producer), ideally at a remote-first company, but not a must. I want to own events end to end: strategy, programming, sponsorship and production. I value async work, autonomy and ownership. Open to remote roles in the UK, Europe or US, comfortable with US time zones and happy to travel.

I'm a senior event producer with 15+ years of experience delivering international conferences, executive events and brand experiences.

In 2018 I co-founded Running Remote, which grew into the largest conference on remote work, drawing 500+ attendees per event and 8,000+ in total across editions on multiple continents, including the last two in Austin, TX. I owned the event end to end: concept and format, content curation and speaker programming, marketing and messaging, and hiring and growing the team. Our audience was mostly Heads of People, HR leaders and executives running distributed teams. I continue to lead the Running Remote community.

Before that, I was on the executive team at Time Doctor, a fully remote company, where I led international growth and helped run internal team retreats and team member events. Earlier, I managed senior-level events at Pushkin in Britain, developed luxury and wealth-management events for Shorex in Moscow, Geneva and Shanghai, and worked with Single Market Events.

I've worked fully remotely since 2012 and I'm comfortable leading across time zones and cultures. I speak English and Russian natively.

I'm looking for senior event leadership roles at remote-first or distributed companies.
