I’m looking to lead end-to-end MICE and special projects for international teams—building event strategy, owning production and analytics, negotiating with stakeholders, and creating measurable impact through great brand experiences.

I’m a Senior Event Manager and Event Producer with 7+ years in B2B and B2C across Russia, CIS, and Europe. I produce events end-to-end—from concept and budget to production, on-site delivery, and post-analytics—while running tenders, negotiating contracts, and managing vendors and agencies.

Most recently at COSSETIC Event Studio in Barcelona, I’ve delivered multi-day international corporate events and luxury yacht experiences with full production ownership, accreditation setup, and daily client communication. Previously, I built the event function from scratch at MTS Travel / Bronevik.com (20M+ RUB managed; -30% costs; +32% B2B leads), and I led promo/event production at Ozon with large-scale budgets and measurable marketing outcomes.
