What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a People Strategy Partner, HR Business Partner, or Senior Talent Operations role in a fast-moving international environment where I can combine workforce planning, talent operations, and process improvement.

I've supported Tesla Gigafactory Berlin's EPC, EHS, and engineering teams with workforce planning, team design, hiring strategy, and end-to-end recruitment. I deliver 30+ hires per quarter across engineering, operations, and commercial functions while partnering with senior leaders and 30+ stakeholders.

Before Tesla, I owned recruitment across Europe and Latin America at Franke, led the SAP SuccessFactors rollout as Key User, and supported Polish IT and UK Finance hiring at Credit Suisse. I've also managed multi-client recruitment delivery for Novartis, Whirlpool, and Medtronic across European markets.

I bring practical experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, KPI reporting, immigration advisory, and HR tooling across DACH, the UK, Nordics, Turkey, UAE, CEE, and LATAM. I'm looking to bring this blend of people strategy and operational delivery to a fast-moving international environment.
