I've delivered consumer-insights research at Cultural-Intel, including a 25-page executive report on Black consumers in Canada for TJX retail banners. I combine Vividata, Statistics Canada, primary research, and index analysis to uncover shopping behaviours, market trends, and commercial opportunities.

I've programmed and monitored surveys in Inca, SightX, and FuelCycle, translating questionnaires into logic, quotas, screeners, skip patterns, and termination rules. I synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into clear presentations, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.

At iRestify, I built business cases and performance dashboards that helped stakeholders understand operational risks and make timely adjustments. My analysis of operational gaps and workflow constraints contributed to a 7% improvement in resource optimization.
