At Amrize, I lead the cross-functional implementation of fleet tracking software across more than 200 heavy work vehicles, connecting field operations, corporate leadership, and software vendors as maintenance and fuel tracking processes are redesigned.
I manage CAPEX initiatives and use Power BI and Power Query to evaluate returns on capital expenditures and sales training. I also map production operations across Finance and Operations to identify bottlenecks and define requirements for new technology.
At the City of Calgary, I co-authored executive briefings on Transit Support Centre staffing models. The recommendations drove staffing changes projected to save $4M over five years, and I maintained Power BI dashboards for senior leadership.
