In insurance verification and patient intake work, I verify eligibility, deductibles, maximums, waiting periods, frequency and age limitations, co-insurance, and provider participation to support accurate treatment estimates. I also perform Coordination of Benefits (COB), confirm in-network and out-of-network details, and complete comprehensive verification documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

On the front desk side, I schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments and keep records current in Dentrix Ascend and related systems. I handle inbound and outbound calls, confirm next-day appointments, prepare end-of-day reports, and coordinate with clinical teams to keep daily operations and patient communication running smoothly.

With hands-on Salesforce CRM experience for case management, data entry, and record updates—plus strong multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, web)—I’m at my best where reliability, audit-ready documentation, and fast learning matter. I’m currently pursuing the Google IT Support Certificate and earned Salesforce App Builder Certification.
