I’m looking for a human resources role where I can drive HR transformation and strategic people initiatives—owning recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and performance/reward management—within a business focused on growth and compliance.

I’m a result and impact-driven HR practitioner with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions aligned to strategic business objectives. I bring strong capabilities across HR strategy, insights, and hands-on execution in transformation, employee relations management, and building talent supply.

In my most recent role as a Recruitment Consultant, I support the Managing Director in developing a professional, consultative recruitment service and talent management for the business. I help improve day-to-day HR department operations by ensuring delivery stays fully aligned to business goals.

As a Human Resource Manager, I led transformation by formulating and implementing HR policies and systems, managing recruitment and onboarding, and conducting payroll administration. I also owned compensation and benefits management and handled employee relations to support the company’s vision, growth, and profitability.

I have driven measurable impact through policy and process improvement, including re-drafting and implementing initiatives such as Leave & Attendance Policy and Health & Safety Policy, and introducing an OHS department. My work also covered disciplinary and grievance handling, industrial relations, labor law, performance appraisal and HR information systems.
