I’m seeking remote IT Support, Help Desk, System Administration, or Network Administration opportunities with international organizations—where I can improve reliability, troubleshoot fast, and strengthen cybersecurity across Windows/Linux and network environments.

I’m an IT leader and certified IT professional managing Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting. In my current role as Chief Technology Officer for Valley View University Hospital, I manage user accounts and access permissions, oversee server maintenance, and support daily business operations while improving system reliability.

I also implement cybersecurity policies, train staff, and support upgrades across hospital systems. Previously, I provided IT support for restaurant POS systems—installing and configuring routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi, deploying POS terminals and payment systems, and handling routine updates, backups, and troubleshooting—along with web administration and e-commerce support during my internship.
