I’m looking for leadership roles where I can drive secure technology governance, resilient operations, and measurable business change—harmonizing IT strategy with budgeting to deliver platforms, compliance, and dependable service.

I’m an AqualifiedIT systems manager and Chief Technology Officer with over 13 years in IT, including 8 years managing the IT department of the second largest telecom infrastructure company in Ghana by market share. I also bring almost 5 years as a system administrator in a renowned international financial institution in Ghana, where I supported core banking infrastructure and SAP operations.

My focus is on proactive, secure operations and dependable delivery: I’ve built and implemented disaster recovery setups, developed and tested DR replication for compliance, and implemented company IT policy through infrastructure and roadshows. I also helped successfully implement a smooth work-from-home system for staff, aligning day-to-day technology delivery with business continuity needs.

Across roles, I harmonize business strategy with IT strategy and budgeting, while leading technology governance, security, and auditing. Notable outcomes include integrating NOC management services to AirtelTigo, MTN, and Vodafone, setting up a $25,000 IT training facility for the AMA Barack Obama Center of Excellence, and executing a DRC site that saved the company more than $50,000 in setup costs.
