What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can lead revenue analytics and revenue assurance for payments or data-driven finance—building ETL, dashboards, and automated controls that improve P&L accuracy, reduce leakage, and support cross-functional decisions.

I’m a revenue analytics leader with 20+ years driving financial performance in high-growth FinTech, Payments, Telecom, E-commerce, and SaaS environments. I turn complex payment and transactional data into business outcomes—from revenue leakage detection and P&L accuracy to strategic dashboards and automated controls.

In my current role as a Data & Revenue Analytics Manager at PicPay, I lead end-to-end data and revenue analytics strategy for acquiring and payment operations. I partner directly with Finance, Product, and Operations leadership to strengthen reconciliation processes, reduce reporting discrepancies, investigate settlement and system failures, and prevent recurring losses.

I build the analytics foundations that make teams faster and more accurate. I design and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and normalized datasets, and I deliver executive dashboards, statistical alerts, and historical indicators that enable proactive operational and strategic decisions.

Across PicPay, Walmart.com, Telefônica/Vivo, iFood, and prior consulting engagements, I’ve focused on revenue assurance controls, interchange/MDR and scheme fee optimization, billing and chargeback frameworks, and anomaly detection at scale. I bring hands-on SQL, Python, BigQuery, Looker, and Airflow experience with a strong financial reconciliation and controls mindset.
