What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving payment operations, fraud prevention, gateway performance, and chargeback outcomes through data analysis, provider collaboration, and cross-functional projects.

I'm currently analyzing payment gateway performance and fraud data at TradingView, using Grafana, Metabase, SQL, and SQL Server to investigate failed operations, reject responses, and operational trends.

I work with Verifi and Ethoca to improve chargeback win rates, collaborate with Finance on fee controls and reconciliation, and manage gateway relationships for operational support and contractual improvements.

Previously at Freepik Company, I was the main contact for payment and fraud providers, produced monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis, supported integrations, and reviewed transactions for fraud patterns and dispute-process automation opportunities.

Across MOVO and OpPlus S.A. (BBVA), I've built experience in payment reporting, gateway analysis, card-payment regulations, Visa chargebacks, supplier management, and projects involving Visa, Mastercard, RedSyS, and Servired.
