Transitioning into data analysis, I have spent the last four years as a freelance trader and data analyst, utilizing tools such as Excel, MySQL, and Power BI to gather and analyze data for various clients. My ability to deliver actionable insights has been instrumental in supporting decision-making processes. Currently, I am leveraging my analytical skills in customer care at Teleperformance Group, focusing on roadside assistance and online banking.
