At MyChoply, I coordinate day-to-day operations for a digital marketplace connecting vendors, farmers and retailers with customers. I introduced monthly strategic management meetings and supported vendor acquisition that expanded the marketplace to over 100 vendors.

I developed an investment strategy framework and designed operational systems and processes to support growth and organisational coordination. I also prepared a strategic plan report covering objectives, market opportunities, competitive intelligence and business performance.
