At Bilge Lojistik, I manage sales and marketing activities for logistics services, from strategy development to implementation. I also oversee pricing, proposals, and tender processes.
I manage the existing customer portfolio and work to grow operational volume, improve customer satisfaction, and support sustainable growth and profitability.
Before moving into sales and marketing, I was an Operation and Customer Relations Team Leader and a Private Clients Supervisor at Bilge Lojistik. At Netlog Logistics Group, I coordinated customer orders with planning and warehouse operations and prepared delivery and performance reports.
I studied International Trade and Logistics at İstanbul Nişantaşı Üniversitesi. My training also includes supply chain management, digital marketing, foreign trade, and the ÜDY senior management qualification.
