İthalat ve satın alma operasyonlarını maliyet, hız ve kalite odağında uçtan uca yöneteceğim; tedarik zinciri optimizasyonu ve analitik raporlamayla değer üreteceğim, ERP/SAP ile süreçleri geliştireceğim bir rol arıyorum.

10 yılı aşkın süredir tekstil ve otomotiv sektörlerinde denetim, satın alma ve ithalat süreçlerinin yönetiminde çalıştım. Maliyet odaklı satın alma, tedarik zinciri optimizasyonu ve ithalat operasyonları alanlarında uzmanlaştım; şirketimin yarı mamul ve mamul ithalat sorumluluğunu üstlendim. Uzak Doğu’dan daha düşük maliyetle tedarik ederek üretimi destekledim ve rakiplerde bulunmayan ürünleri de kaynak bularak procure ettim.

Analitik bakış açımı raporlamaya taşıyarak çalıştığım departmanlara sürekli değer kattım. Aylık kârlılık raporları hazırladım, dönem sonu giderleriyle birlikte net kâr/zarar raporları sundum ve ürünler için satış fiyatlarını belirleyecek maliyetleri planlayıp öngördüm. Satınalma verimliliğini artırmak için süreçleri sadeleştirdim ve SAP/ERP ekosistemleriyle operasyonlarımı etkin şekilde yönettim.
