I am a business undergraduate with practical experience in retail sales and manufacturing operations, combining academic study with hands-on roles that improved store performance and production processes.

As a sales representative I tracked stock, managed ordering, motivated teams, and executed actions to meet sales, profitability and cost targets; in manufacturing I performed assembly per technical documentation, managed calibration and test activities, and recorded production in SAP.

I bring teamwork, communication, SAP and MS Office skills, a mid-level English proficiency, and a goal to grow into managerial roles in business operations and leadership.
