What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Support Specialist role where I can use CRM systems, ticket management, multi-channel communication, and technical issue resolution to deliver efficient, high-quality customer experiences.

I'm currently supporting Bolt customers remotely through TelePerformance Nigeria, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound tickets across phone, email, chat, and social media. I clarify needs, research issues, de-escalate concerns, and escalate complex cases to the right teams.

At ISON Xperiences supporting Spectranet, I handled 80–100 inbound calls daily and achieved a 95% first-time resolution rate. I also generated 50–60 subscriptions weekly through telemarketing and telesales campaigns.

I've maintained accurate CRM records for 500+ monthly customer interactions and managed portfolios of more than 200 customers to strengthen retention and business relationships. My experience also includes onboarding banking customers onto digital channels and supporting account openings, reactivations, and loan product sales at Polaris Bank.
