What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Collection Officer, Debt Collector, or Customer Service Representative position where I can follow up on outstanding payments, resolve customer concerns, and support collection targets. I’d also bring my website development skills to the role.

At NEW EDGE FINANCE, I contacted customers about outstanding payments, discussed balances, and agreed on realistic repayment arrangements. I also reviewed accounts, updated records, and resolved billing enquiries and complaints.
