I’m a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support and Web Solutions Specialist with 6+ years of experience helping organisations and individuals keep systems running smoothly and building user-friendly websites. I’m known for strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking across both remote and in-person environments.

Since September 2023, I’ve provided full-scale IT support as an IT Support, Web Manager & Teacher, handling system troubleshooting, lab maintenance, and software installation for an institution in Accra. I’ve supported over 80 users, designed and managed two institutional websites to ensure accessibility and uptime, and integrated Google Workspace and Microsoft tools to improve staff collaboration. I also prepare and deliver lessons using modern technologies such as ActiveLearn, Kahoot, and Zoom.

From June 2019 onward, I’ve worked as a Freelance IT & Web Support Specialist, building and maintaining responsive websites and delivering technical assistance for domain setup, hosting, and WordPress maintenance. I also provide virtual assistant services like data entry, scheduling, and customer communication, coordinating projects remotely with Trello, Asana, and Slack. Earlier, at Hyteck Company Limited, I designed and developed websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress, supported internal IT setup and maintenance, and focused on accessibility improvements through user testing.
