I’m looking for a human resources role where I can drive compliant, people-first operations, strengthen training and onboarding, and improve performance through clear reporting and fair policy application in a collaborative team.

I oversee well-organized, efficient human resource activities and operations by balancing organizational targets with compliance, employee demands, and customer satisfaction. I’m results-driven and focused on maximizing resource utilization while improving collaboration and consensus across different company environments.

For 2+ years, I’ve delivered positive human resources outcomes through workforce planning, sourcing top-quality applicants for critical roles, and supporting employee growth through training and onboarding. I’ve handled HR disciplinary policies, facilitated employee relations, supported benefits administration and performance management, and coordinated new hire onboarding with background and reference checks.
