What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused HR role where I can drive compliance, recruitment, and employee relations, while leveraging data skills to improve processes in a fast-paced, supportive culture.

I’m an experienced Human Resource Officer with a proven background in providing comprehensive HR support. I specialize in recruitment and onboarding, accurate employee records management, and day-to-day employee relations to keep teams supported and satisfied.

I ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and I actively contribute to fair resolutions through disciplinary committee participation. I also support HR decision-making by serving as secretary for negotiation meetings—accurately recording minutes and producing detailed discussion reports.

Beyond core HR work, I manage practical operational needs like renewing roadworthy certificates, car insurance, and managing vehicle-related permits and licenses. I enter transportation expense claims into our ERP software, prepare job order forms for drivers, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to keep maintenance and repairs on schedule.

Earlier, I strengthened my data and stakeholder skills as a Data and Research Specialist (Remote) at Tulip Groupe (UK), collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets and presenting findings clearly under tight deadlines. Before that, as a Sales and Client Service Officer at Advans Ghana, I managed a client portfolio, improved customer satisfaction by resolving issues, and exceeded sales objectives through targeted prospecting and follow-up.
