Dymitri Cardoso Leao

I am a computer engineer and operations research professional who transforms operational challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling, optimization, and advanced analytics. I combine theoretical modeling, field data collection and tools such as SAS JMP, R and Python to inform high-impact decisions.

At the Brazilian Air Force, I led Design of Experiments (DOE) and inferential statistics projects across aircraft and ground systems, improving system effectiveness, mission reliability and resource utilization. I also developed virtual simulation scenarios with AGI STK and collaborated with industry partners like SAAB and Embraer.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA). I seek roles where I can apply statistical rigor, operational analysis and systems evaluation to drive measurable performance gains.
