What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply data science, machine learning, qualitative research, and operational analytics to solve complex organizational problems and turn evidence into practical strategic decisions.

At the Department of the Treasury, I lead cross-functional analytics work that improves operational workflows, fraud detection insights, KPI tracking, and customer sentiment. I also developed core components of an NLP framework to streamline candidate-application screening and received the 2025 Manager Award for Leadership.

Previously at Forrester Research, I led data science for Customer Obsession and employee-engagement research, developed the Brand Experience Index, and built Super Bowl viewership regression models with 99% accuracy. I translated complex quantitative and qualitative findings into strategic recommendations for agencies, brands, and executive stakeholders.

My work combines statistical analysis, machine learning, survey research, qualitative interviews, and process mapping. I enjoy mentoring researchers, building practical measurement systems, and turning data into clear decisions.
