What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build repeatable, AI-enabled customer onboarding or go-to-market systems, coordinate across stakeholders, and turn complex customer needs into clear execution.

I've supported go-to-market and customer delivery at Stripe, Remote, Flexport, and EY, translating complex products and workflows into clear next steps for customers and internal teams. At Stripe, I owned top-of-funnel operations for large EU enterprises with qualified opportunities carrying at least $1M in online ARR.

I've also built Notion workspaces, reusable templates, and lightweight CRMs for SMB clients across multiple countries, while running an independent bilingual Business English coaching practice. I use Claude and modern automation tools daily to research, draft, summarise, build templates, and reduce repetitive workflow steps.
