At The Builders Group, I lead regional operations across the custom home construction cycle, from sales and estimating through project management, warranty, and field construction. I oversee a multi-million-dollar book, reduced overhead, and hold contingency under 1% on projects.
I own key customer relationships from the first opportunity through closeout, and set plans for retention and additional work. I also design handoffs and intake standards to help teams align scope, pricing, and field delivery.
Before my current role, I managed custom-home projects at The Builders Group from handoff through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, quality, trades, vendors, and client communication. Earlier, I directed daily site operations as a Builder / Superintendent.
My experience also includes general management at Affordable Large Properties / Sea Trail Villas, inside sales management at Pennsylvania Paper & Supply, and general operations management at Ag-Link International. I use CoConstruct, ThreadKore, Microsoft Excel, and AI tools for research, drafting, and reporting.
