I’m a results-driven Operations, Construction, and Business Development leader with more than 20 years managing multi-county operations, municipal services, construction-related projects, and high-level client relationships. I lead teams of 35+ employees while overseeing operational performance, customer relations, budgeting, and compliance.

In my role as Municipal Construction Manager, I directed operations and construction-related services across multiple Florida counties, consistently exceeding annual sales and operational goals by 100%+ and strengthening client retention. I also oversaw commercial and residential construction sales, recycling initiatives, landfill operations, and municipal partnerships—earning Chairman's Gold recognition annually, Platinum Level performance distinction, and Employee of the Year across three divisions.

Beyond operations, I coordinate engineering and survey-related service operations as a Service Survey Coordinator, supporting scheduling, client communication, subcontract coordination, and documentation/compliance tracking. I’ve also built strong client development experience as a Design & Sales Manager, including representing the company at international trade shows in Dubai and Singapore, and I’m deeply committed to community impact through 17 years as President of Keep Indian River Beautiful.
