At ECM, I managed nationwide federally regulated construction and HVAC refurbishment projects, coordinating planning, execution, reporting, and closeout across multiple locations. I led crews of 10–12 employees and coordinated subcontractors, schedules, payroll, and site access.
I worked directly with federal judges, government officials, escorts and liaisons, and contractors to resolve access and scheduling constraints. I also tracked budgets and progress while maintaining contract and federal standards documentation.
At BackyardOasis, I directed residential outdoor construction projects from preconstruction through final inspection and closeout. I managed schedules, budgets, subcontractors, inspections, scope changes, and client updates.
