At Scott Felder Homes, I lead multi-site production operations for a high-volume residential builder, overseeing $50M+ in annual production across 15–60 active sites. I lead six site managers across three regions and manage vendor and trade-partner performance to protect output, quality, scheduling, and cost.
I designed the standardized production schedule and an eight-checkpoint quality control system used across the team. My sites outperform peers on cycle time and cost, and I close service and warranty tickets within 21 days—one week faster than company standard.
I've also built the operations backbone for Michigan Rose Construction, creating its control system, change-order workflow, estimating process, and vendor communication infrastructure. Across residential construction, contracting, and pre-production planning, I turn fragmented field workflows into repeatable systems that scale.
