I’m an Operations and CRM professional with 8+ years of experience driving business automation and client delivery within the Zoho ecosystem. I’ve led end-to-end project execution, built strong client relationships, and focused relentlessly on timely delivery and high-quality output.

As Operations Head at Pixelbites Automation Technologies Pvt Ltd (Zoho Authorized Partner), I started with a core team of 3 and scaled the organization to 10 employees while managing development, sales, marketing, IT, and delivery. I delivered customized Zoho automation solutions across construction, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and events, and helped deliver a profitable business exit.
