I am a CCTV and robotic cutter operator and in-house Ibak repair technician with extensive hands-on experience inspecting and rehabilitating wastewater collection systems. Over nine years I have operated Ibak RapidView lateral launch units and USA cutters, managed routine maintenance, and performed repairs on T66/T76 units and Lisy software.

My work includes structural condition assessments, locating cross bores and obstructions, identifying utility materials and sizes, and reading maps, blueprints, and survey data. I hold PACP, MACP, and LACP certifications and am familiar with GIS tools including ArcGIS and Salesforce, plus safety training such as OSHA 10 and confined space entry.

I have also led field teams and customer-facing operations in retail and guiding roles, demonstrating strong customer service, supervisory experience, and emergency-response training. I seek to apply my technical inspection and equipment-repair skills to projects focused on sewer infrastructure integrity and rehabilitation.
