What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support and Infrastructure Support professional with 3 years of experience supporting endpoint management, user access, Microsoft 365, identity administration, SaaS platforms, networking, backup systems, and security-focused infrastructure operations. I bring a hands-on, security-minded approach to resolving user issues and keeping IT operations reliable.
In my most recent role, I supported IT operations for a 200-user environment across endpoints, SaaS applications, identity platforms, access management, network connectivity, and day-to-day technical support. I deployed and configured Jamf Pro, Jamf Radar, and Okta SSO across 200 endpoints, administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta, and 1Password—managing user accounts, MFA, permissions, licenses, and role-based access.
I also managed the full NetSuite ticket lifecycle, handling 15–20 tickets per day across endpoint, SaaS, account, VPN, and network issues. I improved onboarding workflows for new hires (endpoint setup, software deployment, account provisioning, hardware assignment, access permissions, and documentation) and partnered with Jamf to automate endpoint policies for distributed machines.
Earlier contract work strengthened my incident and recovery experience, including post-ransomware infrastructure recovery across Active Directory, VMware ESXi, backup systems, authentication services, and network security controls. I supported Active Directory rebuilding, tape backup recovery using Veritas Backup Exec, ESXi recovery coordination, RADIUS/NPS with Duo Authentication Proxy, VLAN segmentation, and printer hardening—while documenting firewall, VLAN, backup recovery, and remediation progress for stakeholders. I’m actively practicing cybersecurity via OWASP Top 10, broken access control, authentication flaws, recon methodologies, and hands-on testing with Kali Linux and Burp Suite.
