Through Drifting Desk, I embed within organizations to set up operational backbones, build and train teams, and hand over systems that run without creating dependency.
I've delivered project management workflows, reporting, KPIs, cross-border contractor management, product launches, Jira and Confluence sprint implementation, and performance dashboards for organizations in the US, UK, and beyond.
At Sarradem, I led developers, 3D artists, product, design, and marketing teams across websites, apps, events, gaming, property, and local-search work. I built a custom event-management POS system, implemented online ticketing platforms and campaigns, and coordinated project delivery directly with clients.
I'm also the founder of Kavemen, a self-funded brand spanning research, formulation, e-commerce, campaigns, workshops, supplier QA, and internal tooling. I currently build and ship my own mobile applications while helping businesses identify bottlenecks and turn practical ideas into working solutions.
