At Rate, I redesigned the intake-to-close operating model and cross-functional workflows, scaling annual production capacity from $80 million to $250 million. I also automated workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft tools, reducing annual operating costs by $1.2 million+.
With NJ Army National Guard, I improved operational throughput, reporting, and system adoption across large, multi-site organizations. In Training & Enablement, I redesigned recruiting-to-unit workflows and helped reduce attrition to near zero for three consecutive years.
