I seek a role where I can lead system improvement projects, collaborate across teams, and drive operational efficiency while growing into broader technical program leadership.

I am an integration operations specialist with hands-on experience improving system efficiency, resolving escalations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technical enhancements.
