What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex programmes where I can combine stakeholder management, operational delivery, data reporting, and digital tools to create high-quality participant and client experiences.

I've delivered Custom Executive Education programmes at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School for clients including Serco, Merck Group, Munich Re, Bearing Point, Meta, Kearney, and UBS.

As an Executive Education Programme Manager, I track milestones and programme data, own logistics and documentation flow, define success metrics, and communicate risks and progress across complex stakeholder groups.

Previously, I coordinated high-volume programme communications and logistics at the Rhodes Trust using Zendesk and Airtable. My earlier work in digital media and documentary production strengthened my client management, technical support, and production coordination skills.

I bring experience with digital delivery tools, customer service, quality control, and clear communication in fast-moving environments.
