I'm seeking a remote customer service, customer support, data entry, virtual assistance, administrative support, reservations, or business operations role where I can contribute my experience and continue growing professionally.

I've supported guests and customers at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, Moon Palace Jamaica, Conversion International BPO, and Jewel Runaway Bay Beach Resort & Waterpark. I handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, guest requests, account updates, transportation coordination, and high-volume customer interactions.

With over eight years in hospitality, front-office operations, reservations, and BPO environments, I bring organized communication, accurate data entry, and calm problem resolution to fast-paced teams. I'm comfortable using OPERA PMS, PBX, POS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reservation and database systems.
