I’m an Automotive Finance Manager/Team Lead focused on raising dealership performance through certified F&I execution, digital contracting efficiency, and structured coaching. I graduated VMG F&I academy and I’m certified across F&I processes, regulations, responsibilities, and Alpha Warranty Services products. In my role, I’ve been a top F&I producer across major tracked categories (“PVR, PPD, VSC”) and maintained a CIT rate average of 3 days using E-contracting and Digital contracting.
I also bring strong sales and enablement experience, including being Honda certified at all levels and running training for new hires on walkaround, trial close, and payment presentation (“POW”). At Carlock, I was named A2Z Trainer for new hires and led daily training covering the full A2Z process—needs analysis, overcoming the “NO,” digital contracting, delivery, and after-sale follow-up. Outside the dealership, I carried that same discipline as an NCAA Division I student-athlete and later as a presenter on the gender pay gap in sports, grounding my work in communication, leadership, and continuous improvement.
