At URBN, I use Claude AI to help create rollout tracking reports and standardize data for Qlik reports. Earlier, I streamlined the end-user ticketing process and assisted with a Dropship system rollout as an Associate Program Manager; at Carlisle Companies Inc, I supported project managers and generated reports using PowerBI.
