At Sprout Social, I led enterprise marketing analytics solutions from KPI definition and Amazon Redshift data modeling through scalable Tableau dashboard delivery. I redesigned the Campaign Pipeline reporting suite and created the company’s first standardized marketing attribution reporting methodology.

Previously at United Airlines, I delivered analytics for Finance, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations. My financial analysis identified more than $3 million in outstanding customer payables, and my SQL, Tableau, and Excel automation eliminated more than 20 hours of manual reporting work each week.

I bring more than 10 years of experience translating complex questions into trusted reporting, executive-ready insights, and practical business recommendations. I work directly with cross-functional stakeholders, validate data quality, define KPIs, and help teammates strengthen their Tableau and SQL practices.

I also built an independent GA4 e-commerce analytics pipeline using BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Snowflake, and Tableau, analyzing more than 360,000 sessions and identifying an 80% add-to-cart funnel drop-off.
