What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can solve problems fast, keep users supported, document clearly, and grow into network support—using my troubleshooting strengths, love of learning, and user-focused communication.

I’m an IT support specialist with a Master’s in Information Systems and a passion for technology. I’m transitioning from a supportive, tech-forward teacher to human-centered IT support, bringing a deep commitment to helping people feel confident with tech.

I troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support remote users, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. I’m building my foundation further through certifications like CompTIA A+ and hands-on learning via Salesforce Trailhead, while focusing on clear communication and strong documentation.

In prior roles, I served as a go-to liaison between users and IT support—troubleshooting chromebooks, laptops, and software, and using tools like Excel, Canvas, and D2L to organize and analyze user-facing information. I also supported data-driven decision-making as a Data Analyst Intern by building analysis-ready datasets and presenting findings with visuals and written takeaways.
