What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own end-to-end operations and executive support—improving SOPs, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering crisp executive reporting with high accuracy and minimal supervision.

I’m an operations and executive support professional with 5 years of experience managing complex workflows, multi-stakeholder coordination, and cross-departmental reporting in fast-paced environments. My background spans C-suite support, SOP development, CRM management, compliance administration, and business operations across the aquaculture, private equity, and public sectors.

At Aquarev’s CEO Office, I own end-to-end operational processes with minimal supervision—managing executive calendars, investor communications, and logistics for high-yield industry engagements. I also lead weekly cross-departmental business reviews across 7 functions, compiling technical inputs into single executive reports with a 99% on-time rate.

I’ve built operational rigor through board and LP materials production (maintaining 99% accuracy), condensed complex research into executive summaries that saved senior leadership ~15 hours per reporting cycle, and developed investor targeting via screening and verification of 120+ global impact investors against ESG and seed-stage criteria.

Previously, I scaled process and data hygiene as an Operations Coordinator at SMEVentures by building 10+ SOPs and maintaining 1,000+ stakeholder records in HubSpot CRM with daily updates. I’ve also led government and external affairs work securing critical permits and approvals, and strengthened hiring and outreach support through recruitment analytics and daily candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Kalibrr, and Greenhouse.
