I manage fibre-optic infrastructure project pipelines with ~30 active opportunities, ~10 client conversations/meetings monthly, and close 2–3 deals each month while coordinating sales processes for enterprise-level deployments.

My strength is navigating institutional procurement cycles by building relationships with long-term decision makers and structuring high-value proposals. I handle commercial negotiation and high-value contract closing, with contract values ranging from 75,000 PLN to 150,000 PLN, including large hospital infrastructure projects.

Outside traditional enterprise sales, I maintain an active practice in financial markets and digital asset analysis, especially BTC-focused research. I apply technical analysis, price action, liquidity zones, supply/demand concepts, and market structure analysis using tools like TradingView, ATAS, and Bookmap—plus TradingView Pine Script for strategy development and backtesting—so my market strategy is grounded in real signals.
