What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can apply my customer service, hospitality, marketing, and social media skills, adapt quickly to a collaborative team, and continue growing through hands-on responsibilities.

I've supported guests and customers across hospitality, food service, and retail environments in Ecuador and the United States.

At Wilderness Hotel in Wisconsin, I monitored pool and aquatic-area safety, responded to emergencies under first-aid protocols, and served guests in a high-traffic international resort. At Good Bites and Hilton Resort, I handled table service, coordinated with kitchen teams, organized service stations, and supported dining and bar operations.

I'm currently studying Marketing at Universidad UIDE and bring social media management, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, intermediate-advanced English, and a proactive approach to customer-facing work.
