Dody Mody

At Mariposa Dermatology & Beauty Center, I oversee daily branch operations across reception, nursing, scheduling, administration, and customer-facing services.

I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, physician schedules, staff coverage, customer records, CRM updates, reports, and operational workflows. I also handle escalations, support retention and lead conversion, and train new receptionists and nursing staff on systems, procedures, and service standards.

I support Mariposa's growth through social media planning, Arabic copywriting, campaign coordination, photography, Reels, short-form video, voice-over, and AI-assisted content creation. My work includes promotional laser offers, skincare education, product promotions, and Botox awareness content designed to support engagement and bookings.

Previously, I converted leads and maintained customer relationships as a Telesales Representative at Psychological Studies Institute. I work comfortably across phone, chat, WhatsApp, and remote coordination in fast-paced environments.
