I'm leading IT operations for a fintech payments company, where I connect business processes to AI agents, APIs, databases and Python services. I grew a systems and PostgreSQL support remit into AI-driven development without adding developer or DevOps hires.
I built an integration that closes merchant whitelisting tickets in 22 seconds and cleared a backlog of 4,700+ tickets. I also built a compliance validator for 1,000+ merchant websites and lead a payment approval-rate analytics platform on AWS EKS with 460+ automated tests.
Across 20 years in infrastructure, DevOps and operations, I've led cloud migrations, supported Poland's national medical rescue system, and prepared organizations for ISO 27001 audits.
