What I'm looking for
I am a customer-focused technical support specialist with hands-on experience resolving device and account issues and conducting fraud investigations. At Apple I assisted customers with iPhone and Apple ID problems and managed fraud reimbursements.
I have strong customer-service experience from roles at Teleperformance and KR Recruiters, handling payments, refunds, order issues, and sales data entry while maintaining accurate records. I bring reliable communication skills and a can-do attitude to fast-paced environments.
In HR support roles I conducted interviews, prepared daily reports, coordinated transportation for new hires, and helped manage payroll and employee hours. I also worked in quality inspection at Honda, recording rejected and approved parts data.
