Divya Shukla

I've managed large-scale operations, client outreach campaigns, and performance reporting across SquadStack and Paarth Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd., with more than six years of experience driving efficiency and client success.

At SquadStack, I managed a supply-side ecosystem of 500+ experts and delivered 20+ client outreach campaigns with 100% on-time delivery. I partnered with data teams on real-time dashboards, maintained a 95% quality SLA, and used feedback loops to address operational backlogs quickly.

I've also led training and webinars that turn complex operational requirements into actionable goals for diverse audiences. My work includes budget tracking, resource allocation, KPI and SLA management, stakeholder partnerships, automated reporting, and AI-assisted workflow optimization.

At Paarth Infrabuild, I supported project budgets, regulatory reporting, customer query resolution, and daily sales and collections reporting. Having recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest, I'm eager to apply my project management experience to energy efficiency programs in a dynamic team environment.
