What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled operations programs where I can turn operational use cases into production agents, improve KPIs and customer outcomes, and scale execution across complex multi-site environments.

At CTDI, I architect and ship production AI agents for a Fortune 100 telecommunications customer's logistics operation using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands SDK. Three agents are live in UAT, including tools for at-risk order rerouting, inventory recovery, and cycle-count prioritization; an inventory agent identified more than $2M in recoverable value in its first production week.

I've led multi-site operations, P&L, KPI, capacity, vendor, and SLA accountability across CTDI, Amazon Logistics, Atrium Health, and Epic consulting. At Amazon Logistics, I led a top-five-volume North American delivery station and delivered projects that increased cost effectiveness by 110% and operational performance by 33%.
