I’m a multi-hyphenate systems thinker with a core interest in AI and Data analytics. My work is rooted in understanding processes, driving decisions to improve them, and building frameworks that bring structure to existing workflows.

As a Manager - Operations and Analytics, I built county-level demand models to forecast property type preferences and geographic growth patterns, linking outputs directly to business decisions. I also defined metrics and built reporting infrastructure using Excel and PowerBI, translating insights into pricing and inventory decisions that led to a 60% revenue increase.

I use SQL and Python to extract and transform operational data into reporting layers that simplify access for non-technical stakeholders. I’ve also worked with client behavior and merchandise attribute data to track SKU-level movement and redesign ordering frequency based on demand patterns.

I identify gaps in processes, evaluate external community data, and build SOPs to improve resolution accuracy and customer satisfaction. I document and scale workflows across multiple organizations, and I’m fluent with AI tools and LLMs—especially for workflow documentation and iterative output refinement using reusable prompt frameworks.
